Ladies Event: Virtues from Proverbs 31

Brunch/Panel Discussion: Virtues from Proverbs 31 Going along with this season of men’s meetings, which focus on “Shaping Virtues of Sovereign Grace Churches,” we will meet in the TKA gym to enjoy brunch and delve into God’s word, specifically Proverbs 31. We’ll be looking at these qualities and their practical application—not as an impossible to-do list—but as God-breathed virtues in which we can grow over our lifetimes.  As this section of Scripture describes a host of virtues, we’ve invited several ladies from various seasons of life to share their experiences as the Lord has shaped them. With no two women the same, we’ll be employing a panel discussion format. We hope to hear honest hearts in an informal setting. The goal is to see how GOD has faithfully discipled and equipped individual ladies to pursue their callings as godly women—in the unique places He has them!  Following the panel discussion, we’ll break up into small groups to allow for more personal interaction, specific questions, and sharing with one another. This will also be provide a more intimate setting for ladies to share struggles and to pray for one another.  We encourage you to read and reread through Proverbs 31 in advance of this event. What qualities stand out to you?
